The last two weeks have been a very busy two weeks for the school.

On Friday 12 February we had a very successful Family Welcome BBQ at the back of the Primary Campus. It was a beautiful afternoon which all enjoyed. My thanks to the P&F Committee, our Campus Minister John Mahoney, Assistant to the Principal Formation and Identity, Megan Mahoney, Angelina Sims and the Year 11 & 12s for organising and running the event.

Another highlight was the Beginning of Year Mass and Student Leader Induction. It was a good way to bring our whole school community together to celebrate the start of the school year and recognise our new student leaders. I have been very impressed by our Year 12 Leaders’ start to the year. It is very clear their focus is on serving all students across P-12. I look forward to watching them excel throughout the year.

For all students I am pleased with the start to their learning for 2021. Please take the time each night to ask them, “What have your learned today?” By reinforcing the importance of their learning at home, it helps guide them on their important journey through school.
