The Year 10 students began Term 3 with two pracs attempting to “deny” gravity as hands-on activities for their Physics unit. Students had to balance a set of forks precariously on the edge of a drinking glass as well as balance hex-nuts using magnetic force.

Year 6 Science students finished of their Term 2 studies with a chemical vs physical change by making kinetic sand in Coolock Lab. The Year 6 students passed on this knowledge to students in Year 1 early in Term 3, acting as science mentors to the younger students.
