In addition to regular school fees, please remember that all extra-curricular activities—including camps, excursions, and special events—must be paid in full before your child can attend. Once you accept an invitation via EdSmart, it confirms your child’s attendance and secures their place. These numbers are used to finalise bookings, and most providers do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Costs for transport, accommodation, and activities are calculated based on confirmed numbers to help keep expenses as low as possible for families. To avoid unnecessary charges, please only accept invitations if your child is definitely attending, and ensure payment is made promptly to secure their participation.
