As part of their Geography unit looking at mapping and places of interest in the district, Prep students recently ventured out of the school gates on a Local Landmark Walk! During the short excursion into town students observed some local landmarks such as the church, fire station, library and art gallery. The group also walked along the creek until they reached Carnarvon Bridge, and then ventured through the main street where they were able to rest and enjoy a tasty treat from one of the local cafes. Along the way we snapped some photos of their adventures!
