How to Ensure a Smooth Experience

• Update Your App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Qkr! app installed.

• Review Your Account: Double-check your account details and ensure you have entered the correct year level and grade for your child for 2025 to avoid any delivery issues.

• Place Your Order: Browse the menu, select items, and complete your order as usual.

• Primary and Secondary Orders: Please note that your child can only order from their respective tuckshop, i.e., Primary students from the Primary tuckshop and Secondary students from the Secondary tuckshop.

• Operating Days:

  • Primary Tuckshop operates on Fridays, and ordering closes at 7:30am on Friday mornings.

  • Secondary Tuckshop operates on Wednesdays, and ordering closes at midnight on Tuesday night.
