USE OF ANGLICAN CHURCH GROUND FOR PARKING & DROP OFF
Many families use the Anglican Church parking area (the old tennis court area) and the grassed area in front of St Paul’s Anglican Church for parking when they drop off their children before and after school.
We ask that all families comply with the following reasonable requests in order to ensure the safety of all involved and to help maintain goodwill with the Anglican Church. As agreed with the Anglican Church the following are the expectations of users of the space required to ensure a safe zone for school drop offs and pick ups.
To comply with health work and safety regulations we request the following:
1. All cars for drop off and pick up are parked in the old tennis court area only.
2. Please do not park in any areas outside the tennis court area.
3. A parent or carer must accompany children from the car to the school gate in the morning and the reverse in the afternoon.
4. Parents and carers should not sit in their cars and wait for their child to come to the car.
5. Everyone adhere to the traffic flow directions in the diagram on the attached file. (Red arrows – entering the parking area. Blue arrows – existing the parking area). Drive only on the driveways.
6. Do not drive across the grassed areas outside the tennis court.
Note: If you simply want to drop and go without getting out of your car, there is a drop off area on the opposite side to the primary campus on High Street (just below the crossing). Please do all drop and goes in that space unless you are doing it in a marked parking space on the street. Please do not drop off in the bus stop in front of the school from 7am to 9am and 2pm to 4pm.
