My thanks to the staff and students for their good work throughout the term, and to all families for their support of the school. I am also grateful for the work of the P&F Association. The quality of learning and positive learning environment is important to us all.

School Advisory Council

The School Advisory Council supports the principal and school leadership by giving consideration to, and advice on, important school matters, and provides an important connection to the parish and school community. The Council replaces what was the School Board.

On 19 March the School Advisory Council met for the first meeting of the year. The members of the School Advisory Council are:

• Matthew Brown
• Amy Hill
• Mary Roberts
• Tim Robinson

I thank them for their support of the school and the diverse experience and skills they bring to the group.

I would also like to give a special thanks to Michael Pradella who finished his term on the School Advisory Council, after a number of years on the Board. My thanks to Michael for his contributions to the success and growth of the school over the last 6 years.

We are currently seeking a new member to join the School Advisory Council to fill the position vacated. If you are interested in nominating for the position, please contact the Chair, Michael Letters, or me through the school office.
