PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
On Tuesday we held a very successful and productive Annual General Meeting followed by General Meeting of the Parents & Friends Association.
Congratulations to the following parents who have been elected to the Executive:

Treasurer: Paulette Ferrier
My thanks to the outgoing committee (Daniel O'Dea, Alun Roberts, Nicole Robinson and Erana Hikaiti) for their outstanding work over recent years.
Please note that a new P&F Association Constitution was passed at the AGM. After final approval from Toowoomba Catholic Schools, it will be published on the school website.
I look forward to working with the P&F Association throughout the year. Their/your work is valued and helps to ensure the success of St Joseph’s School.
As we you head into the final weeks of Term 1, I must stress the importance of families and staff working with all students to help them achieve their best and be their best. In particular, reinforcing our expectation of students that they focus on:
- Learning (to achieve their best), and
- Acting in a Christ-like way in our community, that is, living out our Mercy values (to be the best human beings they can be).
This is very important as we head into assessment periods and as the fatigue of a busy term increases.
