DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (ACTING)
Welcome back for Term Three!
I would like to start by congratulating our QISSN team on a successful endeavour over the holidays. Our team was once again congratulated on their sportsmanship in addition to their game skills. The girls really commit to the QISSN experience. It is more than the week of competition and activities. It is the training and the joint commitment to their team over several months. Well done to the team and to Sandra Ellis and Kaylene O’Dea for another successful year.
We have returned to an eventful term! Term three is always a busy time full of events and opportunities for our students. Over the first two weeks we have had the field events for athletics, a careers expo, Beanies for Brain Cancer and the athletics carnival! Our students competed well, exhibit house and school spirit and wore their beanies with pride.
I would like to thank our senior students who attending the Senior Information Night on Wednesday 19th July. This night is to provide our Year 10 students and families with information regarding senior schooling and pathway options. This year our Year 12 students volunteered to come and share their wisdom and experiences. We are grateful for their time and their insights.
