Congratulations to our QISSN netball team who won the Division 8 final 25-17 against Blackheath & Thornburgh College on Friday 30 June.
Well done also to Bridgette O'Dea who was voted the St Joseph's School Player of the Carnival. This an outstanding result, our best ever, for a school our size from a small rural community.
A special mention of thanks to our coach, Kayelene O'Dea, and manager, Sandra Ellis, for their tireless efforts and dedication to the team. A wonderful effort too by our Support Squad of families and friends. Our thanks to our fellow Toowoomba Catholic Schools who attended the carnival and gave us great support (thanks particularly to Our Lady of the Southern Cross College Dalby for their support during the finals game.
Well done St Joey's!

Results and photos from the carnival will appear in the next newsletter.
