CHESS COMPETITION
Congratulations to the 32 students from St Joseph's School Stanthorpe who today competed in the 2023 Warwick Regional Interschool Chess Tournament.
For such a small country competition, there was fierce competition. What was wonderful to see was the comradery between schools and a sharing of like-minded thinking and application. In total, there were 81 competitors in the whole competition from Assumption College Warwick, Warwick State High School, Allora P-10 State School, Clifton State School along with St Joseph’s School.
