Darling Downs Cross Country
In what some would say were perfect cross country running conditions, a number of students attended the Darling Downs Cross Country trials on Tuesday 16th May in Toowoomba.
Congratulations to all students who attended and put in an amazing effort.
Inter School Basketball
Interschool Basketball is back underway for 2023.
Monday 15th May saw St Joseph's host Warwick State High School in junior and senior boys matches and St Joseph's came away with with both wins.
A big thankyou to WSHS for making the trip down and playing the matches in great spirit.

Broncos Cup for 2023 got underway Thursday 18th May on a beautiful autumn day in Goondiwindi.
St Joseph’s took a strong contingent of three Netball teams and two Rugby League teams. A huge credit to the students for putting themselves forward to participate as these numbers marked the highest ever participation at a Broncos Cup event for our school.
We had encouraging results throughout the day with many wins across the board in both Netball and Rugby League which puts a number of teams in a good position for finals day to be held in Warwick on 31st May.
A big thankyou to Mrs Petrie, Miss Cullinan and Mr Hurtz who gave up their time to give the students access to the competition.
