LOUD SHIRT DAY
Friday 21st October was Loud Shirt Day - a day of awareness for children in Australia who are deaf and those with hearing needs.
St Joseph's showed their support with this cause again, with fundraising efforts going towards Hear and Say - a specialist hearing centre for children that some of our students have accessed, and continue to access, to support their needs.
For a baby or child who is deaf or hard of hearing, every day without sound limits their potential. Loud Shirt Day is the perfect excuse to wear your brightest clothes to get LOUD and PROUD to raise money to help give the gift of sound and speech to deaf children.
Thank you for helping to support this important cause and well done to all students and staff on their LOUD creations and participation.
