YEAR 6 STUDENTS RELAX WITH SOME NEUROGRAPHIC ART
Thursday 28th July saw Year 6 students engage in a Neurographic Art activity, an art method developed by Russian artist and psychologist Dr Piscarev which transforms negative beliefs and emotions into something positive and peaceful through drawing.
Students developed a composition using freeform lines then rounded off intersections which created organic and curved shapes and spaces. They then added colour with watercolour paints.
It was a calm, meditative and relaxing activity and the room was silent the whole time! Mrs Lee even joined in!
