Year 11 students have launched a lunch time Science Club, where they invite younger students to participate in activities designed to engage and enthuse students’ love of learning in science. The first club was held on Thursday 13th June with Year 7 and 8 students and the second club was held on Thursday 20th June with Year 5 and 6 students. During their lunch, students made non-newtonian slime which behaves as both a liquid and solid! The club also provides the Year 11 students with the opportunity to develop their leadership and mentoring skills.
