ASSISTANT TO THE PRINCIPAL PRIMARY
Tonight, we will celebrate the Year 6 of 2021 at the Semper Una service in the church. This is a service filled with symbolism and designed to recognise the unique contributions that these students have made to the Primary Campus during this year and in previous years. We are delighted that almost all of these students will be continuing into the secondary school here and wish those who are leaving St Joseph's the very best of health and happiness in the future. We hope that all of the students will look back fondly on their primary years of schooling and use the lessons learnt to challenge themselves to achieve even more success.
All that remains this year, is to thank sincerely all those who have made this academic year a special one for all the students on the Primary Campus. My appreciation is extended to all the staff who have worked with the students, attended to their needs, shared their joys, felt their frustrations, wiped away their tears, challenged them to the best they can be and made them feel valued. On behalf of the staff, I also thank parents and care givers for your ongoing support throughout this year. And to the students themselves......a big thank you. You make our days special in so many ways.
On behalf of the staff, I wish all our families a very peaceful and holy holiday and trust that everyone has the opportunity to spend some time with family and friends. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school in January.
With God's blessings
Sarah Yates
